The History:

This palm spring face lift patient is in her sixties and complains mostly of her really heavy neck

The Procedures:

Vertical facelift, neck lift, liposuction of the neck, transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty, endoscopic brow lift

Comments:

Brow lift improved her eye look without changing the shape of them, lower blepharoplasty got rid of her dark circles and puffiness, vertical face lift and neck lift made her look much fresher.
